My subscription isn't working. What should I do?

On the app, will you touch the MORE menu and Logout. Then choose MY TRAX and Login. If you are successful you will see a popup that says "Your subscription has been restored." 

If that doesn't work, will you touch the SUBSCRIBE menu and choose RESTORE. If you are successful you will see a popup that say "Your subscription has been restored." 

You should now be able to stream full songs on the app and if you are beyond the 7 day free trial period, you should be able to redeem your free Mp3s from the website.
