How do I update my PianoTrax mobile app? (Apple only)
On your Apple mobile device:
1. From the middle of the home page, swipe down to reveal the “Search" window.
2. Search for the “App Store."
3. Within the App Store, search for "PianoTrax."
4. Click "Update."

If you have "App Updates - Automatically" chosen in your settings, the newest version may be installed already.

To see if you are on the most recent version of PianoTrax (v 4.7):
1. Open the PianoTrax app.
2. Click the “More” menu.
3. Click the “My Account” menu.
If the 3rd line down says "App Version 4.7," you are up to date.

If you do not see v 4.7 in the “My Account” menu:
1. Delete the PianoTrax app from your mobile device.
2. Go to the App Store and download the current version.
You will not lose any of your purchased or redeemed Mp3s.

If your subscription isn't working:
If you have a subscription and you are not able to stream full songs from the browse menu:
1. Click “Subscribe” from the lower navigation bar (3 of 4 icons)
2. Click “Restore” and sign in with your PianoTrax email and password.
If you are successfully logged in to your subscription there will only be 3 navigation icons on the app, the “Subscribe” icon will not be visible.
