How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

Are you sure you have a subscription? Purchasing individual Mp3s from the website does not create a subscription for you. You need to sign up for a subscription in the PianoTrax app on your mobile device.

To cancel your subscription on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Go to Settings (phone settings, not Pianotrax settings).

2. Click Apple ID (your name).

3. Choose Subscriptions.

4. Follow the instructions.

On your Android phone or tablet:

1. Open Google Play Store.

2. Click your profile icon.

3. Click “Payments and Subscriptions.”

4. Click “Subscriptions.”

5. Click PianoTrax.

6. Click “Cancel Subscription.”

7. If you want to switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa), start a new subscription when the new month starts.
