How do I reset my password?

The email address and password are the same for the app and the website. Be careful using special characters, your mobile device doesn't always recognize them.

On the website:

1. Be sure you are logged out of PianoTrax.com

2. Click "log in" in the upper right corner of the website

3. Click "forgot your password?"

4. You will receive an email with further instructions

On the App:

1. Click “More” in the bottom bar

2. Click “My Account”

3. Click “Change Password”

4. Follow instructions

Once you have reset the password on the website, you can use the same email address and password to log into the app.
