The website is charging me for my free Mp3s. What should I do?

Be sure you are actively subscribed in the PianoTrax App

1. Click the “Subscribe” button on the lower navigation bar.

2. Click “Restore.”

3. Log in with the same email and password as the website.

Now you should be able to stream full songs on your mobile device and redeem your Mp3s on the PianoTrax website on your computer.

Make sure you are past the 7-day free trial period. Apple and Google Play will not allow you to redeem your free Mp3s during the trial period.

Be sure you are logged into the PianoTrax app and the PianoTrax website with the same email address and password. Some people have more than one account at PianoTrax.com. Use the account and email address associated with your subscription. You may have to reset the password to be sure you have the same credentials in both places.
